Once the over-7000 votes were counted to name the \u201cBest of Windsor Essex\u201d, the Multicultural Council of Windsor and Essex County\u2019s Carrousel of the Nations was declared the favorite!\u00a0 Carrousel took home top prize in the category \u201cBest Local Festival \u2013 Food and Drink\u201d, beating out nominees from across the region.\u00a0 The social media campaign, held by Tourism Windsor Essex Pelee Island spanned January and February, and included both nomination and voting periods.<\/p>\n

The Multicultural Council would like to thank everyone who took part in the voting, and congratulate those who made the event such an incredible fan favorite.<\/p>\n
