<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/strong><\/p>\n <\/strong><\/p>\n REPORTS TO:<\/strong> Communications and Community Engagement Manager<\/p>\n POSITION SUMMARY:<\/strong><\/p>\n Working with Communications and Community Engagement Manager, committee chairpersons, and other appropriate group\/individual so as to ensure the timely provision of accurate resources are in place in order to facilitate\/maximize the result of each special event for the Multicultural Council.<\/p>\n \u00a0AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00b7 Provide all aspects of clerical support as requested by the Communications and Community Engagement Manager<\/p>\n \u00b7 Assist in developing correspondence which may include but not limited to sponsors, volunteers, chairpersons<\/p>\n \u00b7 Design all social media graphics in support of event promotions.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Assist in the management of event social media platforms.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n MCC CORE COMPETENCIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n 1.
